Statutory provisions in the Accident Compensation Acts that terminate earnings-related weekly compensation at age 65 do not breach the Human Rights Act because s.151(1) preserves the operation of other enactments, therefore the Corporation lawfully ceased payments on the appellant attaining age 65 and the appeal must be dismissed.
