The applicant failed to satisfy the statutory threshold under s15 JRPA 2016 that an interim order was reasonably necessary to preserve his position; after reviewing the materials and submissions the Court exercised its discretion against granting interim relief and dismissed the interim application, ending the prior interim restraint made by Mander J.
