The Judge permissibly imposed three cumulative 12-month disqualifications (total 36 months) because the offences were discrete and separated in time, two were committed while on bail and the offender had multiple prior similar convictions; applying the totality principle the aggregate 36-month disqualification was not manifestly excessive.
