Medical and toxicology evidence did not establish that appellant's occupational exposure to PCP caused or materially contributed to his basal cell carcinoma, nor that his occupational exposure produced a significantly greater risk compared with non-employment activities; therefore the statutory test in s 30(2) was not satisfied and cover was correctly declined.
