On the evidence, including a current clinical psychologist's report that the offender remains at above average risk of sexual reoffending if at liberty, lacks internalised control over offending, but is well contained by existing ESO conditions and his supported placement, the Court was satisfied the statutory threshold of a high risk of relevant sexual offending within the remaining term was met; accordingly the ESO must be confirmed.
