With the applicant's withdrawal of the PPO and the respondent's agreement, the Court will impose an Extensive Supervision Order for ten years beginning 31 May 2018, including a 12-month intensive monitoring condition and authorised person-to-person monitoring up to 24 hours daily, and require the Parole Board to impose the intensive monitoring as a special condition; the ESO will include the same conditions as in the PPO application until the Parole Board meets.
