The Court accepted the claimed sums as appropriately recoverable and ordered 121 Limited to pay AAL's claimed costs of $27,903.25 and disbursements of $21,915.17 and to pay the fourth defendant's expert attendance costs of $1,092.50, applying the preliminary approach to apportionment and uplift explained in the earlier reasons and the court's discretion on costs allocation.
