The court held the liquidator was entitled to payment of $25,241.64 recovered from proceeds not secured by the 2012 GSA because recoveries of voidable preferences serve unsecured creditors and not secured creditors; costs were left to lie where they fall (no order for costs); and no order was made to remove the 2012 GSA registration from the PPSR where no submissions were made seeking that relief.
