Special leave to appeal was refused because the appeal lacked merit: the Tribunal made detailed findings of serious incompetence in the practitioner's area of claimed expertise, there was no convincing practicable method by which she could safely return to practice, and suspension was within the Tribunal's statutory discretion under s112; therefore there was no reasonable prospect of success on appeal.
