On the balance of probabilities the Court preferred ACC's accounting evidence and held ACC was entitled under s15(3) to reassess the appellant's reasonable remuneration because the tax returns were influenced by incapacity; therefore the Reviewer's decision and ACC's abatements were upheld and the appeal dismissed.
