The appeal is dismissed because the sentencing judge did not err: there was no nexus between the s27 report factors and the planned, serious burglary targeting firearms which placed the occupant at risk; deterrence and denunciation required a full‑time custodial sentence and home detention was inappropriate in all the circumstances.
