The dyeing of yarn is encompassed within the Textile Finishing classification 22150 as described in ANZSIC and the Employment Premium Regulations; ANZSIC is a proper and persuasive guide to identify the classification that most accurately describes the employer's activity; therefore the respondent's reclassification to 22150 for the years in issue was correct and the appeal is dismissed.
