The Court amended its earlier sealed judgment to award interest under s 87 of the Judicature Act 1908 at the prescribed rate of 5% per annum from the plaintiffs' filing date (4 March 2016); the original calculation under the Interest on Money Claims Act/Senior Courts Act was incorrect for proceedings commenced before 1 January 2018 and there was no evidence disentitling the plaintiffs from interest.
