The Court held the Court of Appeal's substantive orders (HC day-to-day care, TWA supervised contact when requested, HC additional guardian) remain in force until varied or revoked by the Family Court and were transferred to the Family Court under Habeas Corpus Act s13(2), so the Family Court has jurisdiction notwithstanding s125 COCA; therefore the applicant's requests to declare the directions spent and to appoint the Chief Executive as Court's agent were dismissed.
