For 196 grams of methamphetamine where the offender played more than a courier role but was not a principal in a sophisticated operation, a starting point of six years and six months imprisonment is appropriate; after mitigation for personal factors (3 months) and a 12‑month guilty plea discount, the net sentence is five years and three months imprisonment to be served concurrently on both charges.
