Insurer must pay the cost of constructing a new house of the same style and quality as the insured property subject to using materials and methods that are in common use for comparable rebuilding at the time of reconstruction; separate "additional costs" to meet current Building Act and codes are to be quantified by reference to the actual additional costs incurred at the site where the insured elects to rebuild (not by an a priori notional cost on the original site).
