The court ordered the deemed review decision (effective 13 January 2007) quashed under s161(1)(c) and referred the substantive issue to a reviewer to determine the correctness of ACC's 11 October 2006 revocation of cover, directing the Corporation to appoint a reviewer and convene a teleconference to progress the review, and confirming that both parties may adduce evidence at the review and retain the statutory right of appeal.
