Paragraphs 4.63–4.68, taken with paragraphs 4.70–4.73, provided a solid, commonsense basis to conclude there were reasonable grounds under s6(b) to believe Bottom Flat, 60 Woodland Road was the place to be searched and would contain specified evidential material; therefore the warrant was valid, the seized evidence admissible, and leave to appeal was refused.
