Procedural objections failed because the second assessment was permissible and the appellant was aware of the procedure; the Court preferred the occupational medicine assessment of Dr Prestage as objectively framed and sufficiently informed; while some job options (security officer, bouncer) fell outside the appellant's capabilities, two identified options (surveyor's assistant and water treatment plant operator) were within ordinary job parameters and sufficient to sustain the respondent's determination that the appellant had a capacity for work, so the appeal is dismissed.
