Vivash v Accident Compensation Corporation (Vocational Independence)
- Citation
- [2018] NZACC 155
- Court
- District Court
The Court held the medical material presented did not provide reasonable grounds under s109(2)(b) to believe the claimant's vocational independence may have deteriorated since the 2012 decision; therefore the Corporation was not required to carry out a fresh vocational independence assessment and the appeal was dismissed.
