On the uncontradicted evidence the company was insolvent at the relevant times; the second defendant received distributions and holds a repayable current account advance; he did not rebut knowledge of insolvency or establish good faith, alteration of position, or unfairness; accordingly the distributions and current account advance are recoverable and judgment is entered for plaintiffs for $341,275.37.
