On the balance of probabilities the claimant established that he sustained a left groin strain at work on 2 March 1998; medical evidence was consistent with the claimant's account and the lack of eyewitnesses and record entries did not displace the claimant's credible account or the Review Officer's finding, so the appellant failed to show the decision was wrong.
