The statement of claim was struck out because it failed to disclose any viable cause of action against the named defendants, was largely incomprehensible, made unsupported and irrelevant allegations, and therefore amounted to an abuse of the Court's processes; permitting it to proceed would be manifestly unfair to respondents and a failure of proper court process control.
