The application was dismissed because there was no justiciable dispute about arbitration before the Court, plaintiffs could not be compelled to enter into arbitration agreements with parties to whom they had not contracted, mandatory injunctions were not justified on the facts, no undertaking as to damages had been filed, and the balance of convenience and overall justice favored the plaintiffs.
