The Registrar's refusal to accept the correction application was correct because the proposed correction would effectively challenge the correctness of the 13 September 2011 judgment and, indirectly, the convictions; the Court exercises supervisory jurisdiction to confirm that refusal and to refuse to accept for filing a memorandum of contempt that is an abuse of process.
