The appeal is dismissed because the Corporation had approved and ultimately provided the orthotics which fit; the 9 September 2014 letter was not a decision capable of review, and no substantive live issue remained. Procedural complaints were to be referred to the Remote Claims Unit and reimbursement pursued administratively.
