The Court approved the proposed reinstatement scheme because the damage was established by affidavit evidence, the scheme was appropriate, detailed and supported, and there was no opposition; the Court also granted substituted service on Ms Tracey Boyle for Ms Yi-Ping Chen and revoked personal service at a vacant address for Ms Pei-Ching Lin, ordering the approval to lie in Court until five working days after filing of the later affidavits of service for Ms Chen and Mr Robert Tawhi to protect their interests while allowing the repairs to proceed.
