The Court was satisfied, on the unopposed application supported by detailed psychological assessment and informed consent by the respondent, that the statutory prerequisites for an ESO were met and that a 10 year ESO with a 12 month intensive monitoring condition was necessary and proportionate to protect the public from a high risk of serious sexual and violent reoffending.
