The Judge was satisfied that without‑notice relief was justified (executor's whereabouts unknown, risk of prejudice, consent of remaining residuary beneficiaries) and that the requirements for an interim injunction were met, and therefore granted an interim injunction restraining distribution of the estate funds held in the solicitor's trust account until further order of the Court.
