Although "customs documents" strictly means documents created by or for Customs, the defendant must discover any documents required to be retained under the Customs and Excise Regulations 1996 and any other documents relevant to pleaded allegations of agreed weight and price (such as orders, confirmations and invoices showing weight/price), regardless of how the discovery request was worded.
