Applying the established tests and factors from Re Medforce and Re Roselea Path, the court found the liquidators' hourly rates and recorded time reasonable and their investigations and recovery attempts properly undertaken despite no net recovery, and therefore approved their retrospective remuneration of $330,361 plus GST.
