The Reviewer and court correctly held there was no jurisdiction to hear the December 2006 review application because the decision challenged was made under the Accident Insurance Act 1998 and subject to the mandatory three month limit in s136(2) 1998 which cannot be extended; review rights under the 1982 Act do not apply to decisions made under the 1998 Act and transitional provisions cannot revive rights that had expired before the 2001 Act took effect.
