ACC's decision to cease taxi transport beyond 6 January 2010 was premature because it was not supported by sufficient information to establish no continuing entitlement; consequently the decision was quashed and substituted: necessary taxi travel reinstated pending ACC delivery of a task-specific programme and training for safe independent bus use, after which taxi entitlement will cease unless clear evidence of continuing injury-related inability remains.
