The Court found that the Corporation did not demonstrate that the original grant of cover was made in error within the meaning of s 65(1) and Bartels because the evidence relied upon was already in the Corporation's possession when cover was granted and did not show the original decision to be clearly wrong; therefore revocation was not permitted and cover for a left rotator cuff sprain was reinstated.
