The Court declared that Lynx Trustees Limited (in liquidation) is entitled to be indemnified out of the Link Trust (No.1) trust fund for liabilities properly incurred by it as trustee in the period April 2017 to September 2019; the Court refused to grant the plaintiff an immediate money judgment for the claimed sums or pre-emptive enforcement (sale/receivership) orders, and reserved costs pending memoranda from counsel.
