Because the plaintiff did not object, disclosure of the statement of claim was unlikely to prejudice the defendants or the fair administration of justice and the public interest and open justice principles favoured disclosure, the Court granted access to the statement of claim while reserving the ability to limit access to later documents that might raise privilege or confidentiality issues.
