Appellant was not receiving earnings from Barsell Holdings Ltd immediately before his incapacity; the relevant year for shareholder/employee earnings was the year ended 31 March 2000 so the belatedly allocated $65,000 shareholder salary for 2000–2001 was irrelevant; ACC therefore correctly calculated weekly compensation based solely on appellant's self-employed earnings and the minimum under Clause 18.
