On the balance of probabilities the Court found no cogent contrary expert medical opinion to disturb the reviewer’s decision; the respondent’s experts consistently concluded the appellant could be reintroduced to suitable full-time work by 1 November 2008; the Corporation acted reasonably in obtaining specialist opinions and met its obligations, therefore the reviewer’s decision was not wrong and the appeal is dismissed.
