The Court confirmed the respondent's decision that the appellant has capacity for work in Caretaker, Tutor (Special Needs), Carpenter/Woodworker, Salesperson and Store Assistant because the occupational assessments for those jobs were adequate and no competing expert evidence showed them to be wrong; however Truck Driver and Light Van Delivery options were invalidated because the occupational assessment omitted loading/unloading/heavy lifting requirements and the medical assessment on those jobs was therefore deficient; delay in IRP review was not prejudicial.
