The application is dismissed because any claim a replacement administrator could bring under the Property (Relationships) Act is time‑barred by s90 and s90(4) prevents extension after final distribution of the estate, so removal of the administrator would be futile; s90 applies to proceedings by a personal representative and therefore bars the relief sought.
