Medical evidence did not establish a physical injury or identifiable musculoskeletal pathology under s26, and there was no established causal link between the appellant's work tasks and the chronic pain syndrome nor proof of a significantly greater risk from those tasks under s30; therefore cover for a gradual process injury was not established and the decision to decline cover was correct.
