On the uncontested evidence the court found the defendants liable for their recorded shareholder current account debts and post-2010 withdrawals, that Mr and Ms Ovenden breached ss131,133,135 and 137 (s136 not an appropriate basis on these facts), and that s301 relief was justified; judgment was entered for the specified debt figures and s301 compensation orders were made for defined amounts to restore the company's assets and satisfy creditors.
