The Court upheld the Corporation's revocation because the evidence available at the time of the original 1994 decision did not establish a discrete identifiable physical injury nor a plausible causal link to the appellant's work as required by s7(1)(a); accordingly the earlier grant of cover was made in error and validly revoked under s67A, with non-physical stress factors noted as non-compensable under s7(4).
