Although the estate as a whole had not been finally distributed, section 74 of the Property (Relationships) Act prevents any order in PRA proceedings from disturbing a distribution of part of an estate made after the notice of intention had lapsed; accordingly no court could order payment of any part of the proceeds of sale to the plaintiff and the freezing order could not be justified and was lifted.
