The Court exercised its discretion under Article 34(5) to require interim security for the award because the plaintiffs had not disclosed precise financial resources, a substantial part of the award was not credibly challenged, and adequate security could likely be provided over the subject property with little prejudice; accordingly the Court ordered interim disclosure and procedures to enable either security by mortgage/caveat or payment into Court.
