Penile penetration of the mouth, even if of short duration and involving erectile dysfunction, constituted a serious violation of the victim's sexual autonomy that properly engaged the rape bands in R v AM; given the multiple aggravating features the District Court's starting point of nine and a half years and the end sentence of eight years were within range and not in error, so the appeal is dismissed.
