On the evidence and the health assessor's report the court was satisfied the respondent met the s107I(2)(a) pervasive pattern requirement and the s107IAA(2) criteria demonstrating a very high risk of future relevant violent offending; an extended supervision order for three years commencing 4 August 2021 was necessary and is the minimum period required to protect the community.
