On the balance of probabilities the uncontradicted specialist medical opinion that the asymmetric left glenohumeral degenerative change is probably post-traumatic and attributable to a series of work-related incidents, together with an acceptable explanation for lack of contemporaneous records, establishes causation and entitlement to ACC cover for left glenohumeral osteoarthritis.
