The Court granted the applicant's application to distribute the estate as if the missing beneficiaries did not exist, subject to the condition that the applicant publish the same advertisement in the Taranaki Daily News and the Dominion Post within 30 days and that, if no response is received within 20 working days of publication, the estate may be distributed to the applicant.
