The Court was satisfied that procedural requirements for overseas service and default judgment were met, that the plaintiff provided all purchase money entitling her in equity to title, and that the defendant must account for rents received since 29 October 2004 less reasonable expenses; accordingly title was vested in the plaintiff and an account ordered.
